Set the scene by including the Applied Area (e.g., PMD), the Action To Take (e.g., conducting a performance review or coaching session), any Support Needed (e.g., tools, coaching guides), and the Anticipated Result (e.g., improvement or retention).
Objective *
Clearly state the specific goal or outcome you aim to achieve in this scenario. This should reflect the Action To Take from your action plan (e.g., give feedback, set expectations, co-create a plan) and, where possible, include the timeline or urgency from the By When field.
